The call for more healthy and local food is not a simple one! We need to work together to change ingrained notions and habits. Share our visions, our experiences … and our solutions. Establishing so-called CoPs – Communities of Practice – might be a way forward.
In the ToL project, CoPs are groups of local stakeholders such as parents, students, teachers, school managers, school chefs, kitchen staff, farmers, food producers and processors, retailers etc. These CoPs share their visions, investigate problems, and explore solutions.
